RULES

To participate in the competition program, you can submit short (up to 30 minutes) works of all genres which promote a positive attitude to life, world, nature, animals, other people. We are looking for works that will make people feel happiness, love, value friendship.

For foreign language films, subtitles in English are required.

Organizators may exclude the films, which contains scenes of violence, racism, and porn. Works aimed at advertising and commerce cannot participate in the competition program of the festival.

Selection of films to the competition program is carried out by a selection committee, determined by the festival organizators.

Participation in the festival:

Filmmakers whose works will be screened will be provided with a 2-night stay at a local hostel and vegetarian food.
 

Rights and obligations:

The festival has the right to use materials submitted by the participant, as well as a film excerpt up to 10% of the total duration, for the advertising purposes of the festival on the Internet.
